CarePlace is a free social care information and advice directory managed by the London Borough of Hounslow in partnership with other London boroughs.

It has information on and contact details for local and national services as well as local voluntary groups. It covers many topics including:

  • Care and support at home
  • Care homes and housing options
  • Community and activities
  • Education and employment
  • Support for carers
  • Money matters and general advice
  • Staying healthy and independent
  • Health conditions and disabilities
  • Transport

For help with various issues, including benefit and money problems, employment, keeping healthy, mental health and help with forms, contact Community Solutions.

We provide advice in person, on the phone or online, and we aim to identify and solve everyday problems before they turn into crises.

If you are struggling with everyday living tasks or if you look after someone as a parent or carer and are having difficulties, we can help.
