The dementia adviser service provides free one-to-one information, advice and guidance for people who are living with dementia. It offers a point of contact for all information and advice as required along the journey of getting a diagnosis and post diagnosis of dementia.
An dementia adviser will signpost and support access to other appropriate support and services to ensure that people with dementia and their carers have access to the right help for them at the right time.
