The following is a list of Home Care providers currently used by the London Borough of Hounslow and evaluated as meeting the necessary standards to provide care to Hounslow residents. Please click the links below to visit their individual CarePlace listings for service details and contact information.
All the providers listed are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) who are responsible for regulating, inspecting and reviewing all adult social care services in the public, private and voluntary sectors in England. You can search the CQC website to find individual reports on each agency (or click the CQC link on each CarePlace page) to help you make a decision.
There are many other care at home service providers in Hounslow and residents who are eligible for Council services may want to receive services from providers or individuals who are not on the list. Funding care
In order to receive funding for Home Care services from the council you must complete a Needs Assessment. You can complete an online assessment using Autonomy or you can contact the First Contact Team.
