A Warm Welcome awaits across Hounslow

Hounslow Council and partners are teaming up to provide spaces and places for residents to keep warm and to keep the bills down, while at the same time accessing help, support, and the opportunity to learn new skills.

There will be a variety of offers available at different locations ranging from community hubs to churches and libraries across the borough, where residents can access classes, free wi-fi, have a hot drink or food, or simply read a book.

Family Hubs are a friendly and safe environment for babies, children, young people, parents and carers to access support and services they need to build thriving lives. They provide a single point of contact for families with children aged 0-19, or up to 25 years old if they have special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Family Hubs deliver a range of joined-up services, focusing particularly on parenting support, infant feeding support, early language support and perinatal mental health support. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Family Hubs will be closed from 20th December, and reopen on 2nd January

Cranford Cranford Community College C-Change West London, High St, Hounslow, TW5 9PD Voluntary and community sector support Heston and Cranford   Residents can access the warm space at Cranford Community College on the following days: On Mondays, residents aged 60 and over can attend a Bingo Club. This takes place from 12.30pm to 2pm at the Globe Outbuilding in Cranford Community College. On Sundays, adults can access a Creative Social Club from 11am to 1pm, hosted by Creative Spaces London. Children aged 5-11yrs can attend the multi-sports activity from 11am-1pm, and there is also the Youth Creative Drama and Filmmaking Social Action Club (11-16yrs) from 11am to 3pm. Residents can also access a free hot lunch every Sunday from 12.45pm to 1.30pm.
