Our online system allows you to book an appointment to register a Birth, Death, Stillbirth, Notice of Marriage or Civil Partnership, and Citizenship Ceremonies.

You can now also book your marriage or civil partnership ceremony online.

You will also be able to make payments in advance for services and any certificates you require.

There are delays for appointment due to the demand for our services but we are offering the earliest appointment we have.

If you wish to marry in England or Wales you may do so either by civil or religious ceremony

Register a birth

Babies born within the borough of Hounslow must be registered with us within 42 days of the baby's birth by the parents.

Register a death

A death that occurred in the London Borough of Hounslow must be registered within five days unless it has been referred to the coroner
