Health Outreach Team
Hounslow’s Health Outreach Team (HOT) is a community-based service that provides residents with information on local health and wellbeing support services.
The team also offers:
- blood pressure checks
- Body Mass Index (BMI) checks
- Advice on health concerns, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, stop smoking services, mental health service plus much more.
Residents can visit the Health Outreach Team at:
- Treaty Centre, Unit 18, High Street, Hounslow, TW3 1ES.
Opening times are:
- Tuesday to Friday 10am - 6pm
- Saturday 9am - 5pm
- Closed Sunday and Monday
The HOT bus is regularly out and about at venues across Hounslow. Residents can just pop down to any of the below locations to have a blood pressure check, discuss health concerns or receive the flu and COVID-19 vaccines. There is no need to book an appointment, just turn up on the day.

- 3rd July - Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB - 10am to 4pm
- 6th July - Bedfont Lakes Park - 12pm to 4pm
- 9th July - Clayponds Food Bank, 168 Clayponds Gardens, London W5 4RQ - 12.30pm to 3pm
- 11th July - Beaversfield Park, Hounslow TW4 7JQ 10am to 4pm
- 12th July - Tesco Bulls Bridge - Bulls Bridge Industrial Estate, Hayes Rd, Hounslow / Southall UB2 5LN 10am to 4pm
- 13th July - Harlech Gardens Estate- 12pm to 4pm
- 16th July – Alice Way Gurdwara, Hounslow TW3 3UA – 10am to 4pm
- 17th July – Alice Way Gurdwara, Hounslow TW3 3UA – 10am to 4pm
- 18th July - Bell Square, High St, Hounslow TW3 1HG - 10am to 4pm
- 19th July - Brentford Library, Boston Manor Rd, Brentford TW8 8DW - 10am to 2pm
- 25th July - Turnham Green, Chiswick High Rd, Chiswick, W4 5TF - 10am to 4pm
The Health Outreach Team also works closely with a variety of NHS services such as sexual health, social prescribing, and the councils Healthy Hounslow service.
