Hitz Learning Academy - Harlequin Hitz Programme
Education and employability programmes for young people to gain qualifications in Maths and English, as well as BTECs in Sport and Active Leisure. They use core values of rugby alongside other sporting and extracurricular opportunities to increase resilience, self-confidence and long-term employability.

Springboard Hospitality UK
Offers a range of programmes for young people over 16 to gain the skills, knowledge and experience needed to work in hospitality, leisure and tourism.

The Spear Programme
The Spear Programme will equip you with the confidence, mindset, and skills you need to secure and succeed in work. It is a free 4-6 weeks programme for 16-24 year olds not in employment, education, or training (NEET) which includes, CV building, interview practice and up to 12 months of follow up career support.

DFN Project SEARCH
An international supported internship programme for young adults with Learning Disabilities and/or Autism, which supports their transition from education to full time, paid employment.

Our Barn
Our Barn is a community-based organisation that provides learning, life skills, and social interaction for people aged 16-35 with learning or other disabilities including carers. They offer upskilling opportunities through various volunteering opportunities, digital skills workshops and employability and well-being programmes.
