Domestic Abuse

Domestic & Sexual Abuse Support Team

Provides free and confidential advice and support to anyone affected by domestic and sexual violence abuse living in the London Borough of Hounslow. This can include Forced Marriage, so called “Honour” Based Violence Abuse, Stalking and Harassment. If you would like to talk to someone you can call 07810 031 780 in confidence, to discuss your options and practical ways to stay safe.

National Domestic Abuse Helpline

For 24/7 confidential support and information you can call 0808 2000 247 or contact the helpline online. The helpline is answered by fully trained female helpline support workers and volunteers who will answer your call in confidence. The helpline can provide you with safety planning, information, advice, support and refuge options. All calls are free from mobiles and landlines.

Mental Health

Single Point of Access (SPA) Hounslow, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Ealing
If you are in a mental health crisis you can speak to the Mental Health Single Point of Access at any time of the day. You do not need to be referred. There is a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians and psychologists. This service is available 24/7.

Samaritans offer emotional support to anyone in distress, struggling to cope, or at risk of suicide. Their services are available 24/7, and no referral is needed to access their support.

Hounslow Wellbeing Network

A community dedicated to improving mental and physical wellbeing. They connect people, organisations, and services to address challenges such as social isolation, loneliness, depression, and anxiety. They run many events and activities.

  1. You can walk-in to the Arts Centre and register as a member.

  3. You can ask your GP or support service to refer you to the Hounslow Wellbeing Network.

Drug and Alcohol Advice

Hounslow ARC is a free and confidential service that helps people break a cycle of addiction to substances such as heroin, cocaine, and new psychoactive substance as well as alcohol addiction. Any health or social care professional can make a referral on your behalf. You can also self-refer by phone or completing the form here
