The last Innovation Lab – refining and prioritising ideas
The second round of the innovation labs produced a set of exciting flagship projects and ideas for green recovery. Today’s session (10th September 2020) – the final innovation lab – looked at refining and prioritising some of these ideas.
The backdrop to all of this summer’s work is of course the emerging social, community and economic challenges which are being thrown up or intensified by coronavirus. We’re clear that delivering on the green recovery goes hand-in-hand with addressing wider social and economic issues, and this has been a theme throughout the Innovation Lab process.
Below you can see how some of the actions to deliver Low Carbon Neighbourhoods in Hounslow address some of these wider issues, such as health and wellbeing, inequality, precarious work and so on.
