In an emergency
During a flooding event, if you are vulnerable or feel that lives are at risk contact the emergency services on 999 for immediate assistance and rescue.
Daytime contact
To report a surface water, groundwater, or ordinary watercourse flooding incident, email us at flooding@hounslow.gov.uk
If the issue is urgent but not life threatening, please contact us by phone on 020 8583 2000 (Mon – Fri 9-5pm) or on 020 583 2222 (out of hours).

Please note: our emergency planning team are in charge of the council's response to major incidents, such as flooding, explosions, or large-scale evacuations.
