Moving home can often be a difficult process when it should be an exciting time as you prepare to move into your new home.
If you already live in Hounslow, you will already have an account, you just need your existing council tax account number which can be found on your last bill.
If you're new to the borough or this is your first home, choose New to the Borough, once you log in. It’s that simple.
While registering your new address, don’t forget to register for paperless billing. Once you have registered your new address, you’ll be sent an email asking you to log into your account to view your bill.
Once you are in your account, you will also be able to set up a Direct Debit. This is our preferred method of collection, but you won’t be able to do this until a new bill has been sent to you.
