Community Learning Disabilities Team
We have re-structured our Learning Disabilities Team in line with the Care Act 2014 but it remains an integrated service with our health colleagues. The emphasis is on maximising choices, control and independence for our service users. We are looking at 0-25 Team (transition) with our colleagues in Children’s Services.
You should hold a Social Work qualification – CQSW, DIPSW or BA in Social Work.
