We offer competitive salaries with the opportunity to apply for career progression for the following roles:

  • Newly Qualified Social Worker from £38,364 to £39,264
  • Social Worker from £38,364 to £46,041
  • Senior Practitioner from £41,808 £46,041
  • Advanced Social Worker Practitioner from £46,041 to £52,116
  • Assistant Team Managers from £49,083 to £54,129
  • Team Managers £57,201 to £62,748

Market supplement payments

We offer payment of market supplements for certain social work staffing groups and posts. Market supplements are addition to basic pay and are subject to annual performance review.

Relocation expenses

We offer up to £8,000 for candidates who meet the criteria.

Generous leave

We offer:

  • annual leave starting at 25 days and rising to 31 days with service, plus Bank Holidays and 3 days Christmas closure
  • maternity leave of up to 52 weeks after the birth of the baby, with the option of a phased return over 3 months
  • shared parental leave of up to 50 weeks shared parental leave, which can be shared between mother and partner, paid at statutory SPL rates
  • paternity leave of up to two weeks paid leave, subject to continuous service
  • parental leave of up to 18 weeks unpaid leave in relation to a child before their 8th birthday, or 18th if they are disabled
