Mary Harpley, Constituency Returning Officer for the South West declared that in the election of a constituency member of the London Assembly for the South West constituency held on 5 May 2016 that Tony Arbour, Conservative Party is duly elected as a constituency member of the Greater London Authority for the said constituency.
