Obtaining proof of electoral registration
If you need to obtain proof of your electoral registration (a certificate of registration), please email elections@hounslow.gov.uk with your name and home address, and attach a copy of the following documents:
- One photographic ID (e.g. your current passport or driving licence)
- A recent bank/credit card statement or utility bill in your name and current home address.
We will post or email the certificate to you. We can only produce a certificate to show that you appear on the current year's electoral register.
Please note that an individual can only request to obtain a certificate of registration on their own behalf.
