Changes to the parliamentary constituency boundaries in Hounslow

In 2021, the Boundary Commission for England (BCE) started a statutory review of all the parliamentary constituency boundaries in the UK. The purpose of the review was to make more equal the number of electors in each constituency.

In their final report to Parliament, the BCE recommended the following changes to the parliamentary constituency boundaries in Hounslow:

• Chiswick Gunnersbury, Chiswick Homefields and Chiswick Riverside wards should be moved from the Brentford and Isleworth constituency to the Hammersmith and Chiswick constituency
• Heston East ward should be moved from the Feltham and Heston constituency to the Brentford and Isleworth constituency
• The Whitton ward in the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames will form part of the Brentford and Isleworth constituency
