1. Nomination papers may be obtained by downloading and printing a copy by clicking here, emailing kully.tumber@hounslow.gov.uk or telephoning 0208 583 2095. Paper copies can be obtained from the Returning Officer, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB 

2. Nomination papers must be delivered in person to the Returning Officer, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB on any day after the date of this notice but no later than 4pm on Friday 7 June 2024. Appointments can be made by email or telephone - kully.tumber@hounslow.gov.uk or 0208 583 2095  

3. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 4 July 2024 

4. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Tuesday 18 June 2024. Applications can be made online:https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote  

5. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB by 5pm on Wednesday 19 June 2024. Applications can be made online at https://www.gov.uk/apply-postal-vote 

6. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector’s Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 26 June 2024. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voter-authority-certificate 

7. New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB by 5pm on Wednesday 26 June 2024. Some applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/apply-proxy-vote 

8. Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election on grounds of physical incapacity or for work/service reasons must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, TW3 3EB by 5pm on Thursday 4 July 2024.  The physical incapacity must have occurred after 5pm on Wednesday 26 June 2024. To apply on the grounds of work/service, the person must have become aware that they cannot go to the polling station in person after 5pm on Wednesday 26 June 2024
