Hounslow’s Healthy Workforce offer

If you’re an employer, making sure your staff are in good health should be one of your top priorities. Most importantly, it’s the right thing to do under your duty of care. But it also increases employee engagement and reduces absence, so it brings benefits for you too.

Praise for Healthy Workforce visits

  1. “Thanks for attending today on-site, we really appreciate the efforts from every one of you. Having workforce wellness as core is very supportive and is really admirable. This is such a great service and even better that it’s free for employers.”
  2. “The assistance you have given us has resulted in us having a happier and healthier workforce and hopefully some have had things treated, like high blood pressure, before it has led to other medical issues.”
  3. “We have made a conscious effort to focus on health and wellbeing in the last year and this event really supported us. The continued education and awareness has encouraged people to go to see their GPs to discuss things that are different or have changed in their bodies. Some of these have since had biopsies. Whilst everything has been fine for them, having the education and going through the system has removed the stress caused by not knowing.”
  4. “We have a number of people with Type 2 diabetes who took time to speak to the diabetes team. This gave them additional information about their diet and condition.”
