They help with emotional difficulties like low mood/depression, anxiety, worry, stress, panic, attacks, low self-esteem and specific fears (phobias).
Your GP can refer you to this service or you can self-refer using the self-referral form.

Anchor Counselling
We offer up to 6 free face to face, telephone or zoom counselling sessions (for people registered with a GP in Hounslow). We can help with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, family problems, bereavement and loss.
You can self-refer for this treatment or ask your GP to refer you to the service.

James’ Place
James’ Place helps men facing a suicidal crisis and supports them to find hope for the future. Their centre is close to Moorgate Station and supports men from across London. They accept referrals from GPs, mental health practitioners or voluntary organisations.

The Listening Place offers face to face support for people who feel life is no longer worth living. It is somewhere individuals can talk openly about their feelings without being judged or being given advice. The local branch is in Hammersmith and they accept self-referrals.
