Find out if your vehicle has been removed
You need to use the London Councils' TRACE service. Information on this can be found on their website
Your vehicle may either be relocated to another location, or removed to a compound. If we have removed your vehicle you will need to come to the compound and pay for it to be released.
If it was removed as the result of a Penalty Charge Notice, you will have 28 days from when it was released to make representations if you believe the PCN was incorrectly or unjustly issued. You will then have a further right of appeal to an Environment and Traffic Adjudicator if we refuse your representations.
