Landlord Portal site - update
The new landlord portal site was launched early this year in 2018.
The portal site allows landlords the ability to view their payment schedules online, without having the need to call us. While lots of landlords have successfully registered to view their details online, we've had a few issues with users accessing the site using Apple’s Safari web browser.
This issue has now been resolved.
What to do next
If you’re using Safari as your browser (iPhone and iPad users), you must disable your pop-up blocker in order to use this application. You can also access the application via Google Chrome browser on your Apple device.
We will continue to send out schedules via email until you have been advised otherwise.
Portal site
The Landlord Portal makes it easier for you to access information about your tenant’s Housing Benefit claim if the payments are made directly to you.
Once your account has been set up you will be able to:
- View your payment schedules including details of previous payments made to you
- Access details of Housing Benefit entitlement for tenant’s you receive direct payment for
- Check the status of your tenant’s claim
- View future amounts and due dates
If you are a landlord, you will receive two emails containing your username and password, or a letter containing these details, at which point you can access your online account.
