Finally, the team at Digital Dock is committed to serve you to the very best of our ability. That said, we are human and fallible -should something go wrong, we’ll do our best to work with you and find a solution.

Your responsibilities

  • Please treat Digital Dock and your fellow co-workers with respect and consideration.
  • Desk duty – when you leave, ensure your hotdesk is in the same condition (and wiped down for covid safety) as it was when you arrived.
  • Your stuff is your responsibility. Look after your possessions when you’re at Digital Dock and please make sure that you do not leave anything, unless it’s in your private office or your lockable dedicated desk pedestal.
  • Respect your neighbour’s space and intellectual property. When you see something on somebody’s monitor, whiteboard or meeting room screen somewhere, forget you saw it! You don’t want your your ideas made public and neither do your fellow co-workers.
  • Food – the kitchenettes are for all, please don’t revert to your student past and, as with hotdesks, please leave these spaces in the state you found them. We’re awaiting dishwashers so please clean your own cups. Sandwiches at desks are fine, hot fish suppers to be consumed in kitchenettes.
  • Practice security smartness. Please don’t share your entry code or card and beware tailgaters
  • Think before you click. Make sure that you’ve read and agree to our BT fibre broadband Terms of Service
  • Practice kindness. We have zero tolerance for harassment. Every Digital Dock member and guest should feel welcome, comfortable and productive in our space regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or other personal attributes or beliefs.
