New Therapists
Fortnightly surgeries held at Hounslow House are currently not undertaken. We are instead running virtual interviews with therapists.
An application form along with copies of your qualifications must be submitted to the Licensing Team. A member of the team will then contact you to arrange the virtual interview. Please send documents either via post at

Download and view the costs for the therapist interview and I.D cards. The fee for the interview must be paid prior to your interview.
