I have registered online for a parking permit, but when I log in I can’t see any permits to choose from, what do I do?
This could be for any number of reasons:
Your address may not be eligible for a permit. Check the answer to question 1 of this FAQ.
No permit has been applied for at this property in the past. Contact us.
The address does not fall within a Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ). Check the answer to question 1.
The address does not have a Zone allocated. Contact us.
The address may have been entered incorrectly. Start the application again and be careful entering the address.
