I have my own personalised license plate which I transfer from car to car, do I still need to change my permit with you?
If you have a private number plate, you do not need to transfer your permit.
You should carry on using the same permit so long as you email us at: hounslow.permits@nsl.co.uk with the updated vehicle details eg make and model (further evidence may be requested).
