The street naming and numbering team is responsible for the naming and numbering streets and buildings in the London Borough of Hounslow.
We inform and consult the following bodies:
- Royal Mail
- the emergency services
- local ward councillors
- resident groups and members of the public on proposed names for new streets / buildings and on proposed changes to the names of existing streets / buildings.
If you object to a proposed street or building name, please get in touch with us, so that it can be taken into account before a decision is made.
