All permanent traffic lights within Hounslow are maintained and managed by Transport for London (TfL). TfL maintains all of London’s 4,700 sets of traffic signals. Over half of these can be adjusted from the London Traffic Control Centre.
Report a fault
Any faults should be reported to directly to Transport for London for appropriate action. You can do this via their report a faulty traffic light online form or email: londonstreets@tfl.gov.uk
There are no set time scales for repairs. Minor faults such as failed light bulbs or signal knocked out of alignment are normally attended to within a day or two. More major problems such as faults with the electricity supply could take longer.
