Copyright in respect of published planning applications
14.1 Section 47 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 protects plans, drawings and material submitted to Hounslow Council for the purpose of obtaining planning consent.
14.2. You may only use material that is downloaded and/or printed from this web site for consultation purposes, to compare current applications with previous schemes and to check whether developments have been completed in accordance with approved plans.
14.3 Further copies must not be made without the prior written permission of the copyright owner (which may not be Hounslow Council).
