Strategies, policies and plans guide the services the Council delivers for our residents. The key strategies that drive our action and other strategies and policies are:
The Corporate Plan
The Corporate Plan ‘Ambitious for Hounslow’ sets out the Council’s vision for the borough and, with our Delivery Plan and Financial Strategy, explaining how we will deliver and fund that ambition.
One Hounslow Financial Strategy
The Council’s financial strategy, our medium-term financial strategy, provides the financial framework for the strategic objectives as set out in the Corporate Plan.
The Delivery Plan
The Delivery Plan describes the activity that the Council will deliver to meet these priorities, objectives and ambitions.
Evidence Base
Alongside our performance management intelligence, the Hounslow Data Hub is our key source of evidence that informs our strategies. It provides data and insight and is accessible to all.
Performance
The Council agreed an annual performance management framework to monitor and manage performance. Monthly Finance and Performance meetings review service performance and finances. Quarterly Reports and action plans are presented to Cabinet and Council and are available on the Committee webpages.
