Adult Social Care factsheets and information booklets
The council encourages residents to access information online as much as possible. However, it does publish a limited range of booklets and leaflets which may be downloaded in PDF format from CarePlace (links below). If you require a printed copy to be posted to you, please contact the First Contact Team by calling 020 8583 3100 or by email.
Booklets and leaflets are also available from the Gazebo Adult Social Care Pop-up Information Shop. Find out where the Gazebo will be here.
