Introduction
A carers assessment can help you and others understand the impact caring is having on your life and how best to support you.
If you are eligible, you may be able to get help and advice with financial concerns, your own health, worries about future needs together with practical help in the home.
If you are not eligible, there are many services in the borough you can still access. You can find them by searching on CarePlace the council's online directory or by subscribing to the 'Carer Information' email newsletter here.
