At this online group, you can talk to people who know exactly how you feel - people who are looking after someone (18+) with a long-term condition or chronic disease including:
- Cancer
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- Dementia
- Multiple sclerosis (MS)
- Parkinson's
- And many more...
The Group runs online (by Zoom) on the first Thursday of the month at 10.30 am (2 hours)
