The Local Development Scheme (LDS) for the London Borough of Hounslow is a programme for the preparation of the Council's Local Plan, which together with the London Plan, and the West London Waste Plan form the Borough's statutory development plan. There are currently no "made" (or adopted) Neighbourhood Plans in Hounslow.
This LDS sets out the updated timeline for the production of the Council's emerging Hounslow Local Plan 2020-2041. It also advises on the current programme for any other key planning policy projects, including Supplementary Planning Documents.
The updated LDS was approved by Publishable Officer Decision on 3rd March 2025. The approved Plan Programme which shows the updated timeline for the production of the emerging Hounslow Local Plan is on page 7 of the LDS document.
