Turnham Green Play Garden
A natural Play Garden feature with maze, logs, duck sculpture, and spring bulbs will be installed to provide a place for pre-school and infant aged children to play.
It’s origin and development came about due to the tragic death of a local Chiswick child and a commitment from the Council to acknowledge this loss by providing a place for young children to play. Please see the location and landscape layout below. It has been designed to stimulate awareness of the natural environment combined with a play opportunity in an urban setting. The scheme has been through public consultation and more recently Planning Inspectorate statutory consultation, and has now received permission to proceed.
Commencement is planned for Monday 30 December for around 3 weeks, weather depending.
