GAMBLING ACT 2005
Notice of intention to publish the Statement of Gambling Principles 2025-2028
Notice is hereby given of the London Borough of Hounslow’s intention to publish the Statement of Gambling principles that the Licensing Authority proposes to apply in exercising its functions under the Gambling Act 2005.
The Statement of Gambling Principles 2025-2028 will be valid for a maximum of three years but can be reviewed or revised by the Licensing Authority at any time.
The Statement of Gambling Principles 2022-2025 will be published on 19 December 2025 and will come into effect on the 31st January 2025.
The Statement of Gambling Principles 2025-2028 will be available for inspection at the following location:
Hounslow Library, Hounslow House,
First Floor, 7 Bath Road,
Hounslow, TW3 3EB
at the following times:
- Monday and Thursday between 9.30am and 8pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday between 9.30am and 5.30pm
- Sunday between 11.30am and 4pm
Please note that the library at Hounslow House will be closed on Saturday 21 December 2024 and week between 25th December 2024 until 2nd January 2025.
It will also be available at all our other Council Libraries.
