Community Hubs – advice, support and guidance
Together with the local voluntary, community, and social enterprise sector, we’ve created Community Hubs across the borough.
Our aim is to work in partnership to help residents to identify and solve everyday problems before they turn into crises.
Our Community Hubs provide access to a wide range of services, such as money management, information on keeping healthy, skills and employment, and mental health support.

Hounslow House and all our libraries will gradually become Community Hubs in 2025, with a range of services, support and activities available locally throughout the week.

Our Community Solutions way of working is now being delivered by our Community Hub Advisors. The team provides early help, advice and guidance to residents on a range of issues. They can also help you to access other services if you have other needs such as a long-term health condition for example, or if you need support from a service not currently available at the Community Hub.
You can find the team in Community Hubs across the borough throughout the week as well as at Hounslow House from 9am to 5pm everyday.

Hounslow Connect is like a one-stop-shop website where voluntary sector, community groups, local charities, and public sector partners have been brought together to make it easier for you to find the right support, when and where you need it.
Hounslow Connect can be translated into 130 languages.
