Registering for health services
It is important that you register with a GP practice (local doctor) so that you can access healthcare. The registration form for patients is on practice websites for you to complete online or you can obtain a form from the practice. Doctors of the World have produced information leaflets explaining how to access health services which are available in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
