Weekly Drop-in Sessions at Hounslow House
Attend a drop-in session with one of our communities’ support officers at Hounslow House to ask any questions you may have regarding entitlements, education, employment, and more.
The sessions take place every:

Groundwork Together Hounslow
IMPACT London is part of Groundwork’s TOGETHER programme, a collection of projects delivered by Groundwork London and Groundwork South which support asylum seekers, refugees, and non-EU migrants to settle into life in the UK. Its projects offer a range of services focussed around three pillars of integration:

West London Welcome
West London Welcome supports people with a wide range of immigration statuses and highly challenging individual circumstances. It is a place for local communities to come together, participate in English classes, get advice, and enjoy a safe space. On Tuesdays they run a drop-in support session for local Ukrainians:

Tuesdays at 9:30am-12pm: coffee and advice for newly arrived local Ukrainians

Hope Church Hounslow
Every Wednesday at 9:30am-11:45pm, Hope Church Hounslow holds a foodbank and community café where they offer support to refugees and asylum seekers with English language skills at their conversational tables. They also offer support with application forms, clothes, and food.

Feltham Salvation Army
Community Support Drop-in morning every Wednesday 10am-12pm with access to support including Employment, Advice and Guidance, Listening Lounge, and emergency food support.

ACAA
ACAA offer support on a case-by-case system to ensure that the correct service is provided. Support offered by the ACAA include, welfare support, ESOL, supplementary school for children, counselling, employment support, legal advice, NVQ training courses, additional financial support and more. Information and support for Ukrainian refugees in the UK, including family migration visa and the Ukraine family scheme. They have a support line open Monday-Friday which you can contact on 0808 196 3651.
