I only stopped for a minute, will I still get a PCN?
There is no such thing as ‘only stopping for a minute’ where parking controls apply eg on yellow lines or in parking bays or on the footway, and we will not cancel a PCN on the basis that you weren’t going to be long.
Ultimately it’s your responsibility to make sure that you only stop or park where permitted.
