I’ve lost my PCN number, can you help?
If you've been issued with a PCN by the London Borough of Hounslow and you’ve lost the reference number you should email Parking@hounslow.gov.uk with the vehicle make and registration, as well as the road name and date/approximate date the PCN was issued. If you are unsure who issued it you can check online if you know the post code of the road you were parked on: Pay a parking fine - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
Please note that in most instances we will only give this information to the registered keeper of the vehicle, so we may ask for a copy of the vehicle logbook or your driving licence just to be sure it’s you.
