I’m having difficulties uploading evidence online, do you have any suggestions?
You should make sure that all the mandatory fields have been completed and that your evidence is in an acceptable file format (DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF) and less than 8mb in size.
If you are still unable to upload your documents you should email them to hounslow.challenges@nsl.co.uk where they will be scanned onto the case.
Plase make sure you include the PCN number and your name and address, so that we can match them to the correct PCN.
