Higher Rate
These contravention codes are for use in car parks which are enforced by the council and are charged at the higher rate of £130.00 / £65.00.
71 - Parked in an electric vehicles’ charging place during restricted hours without charging.
The vehicle must be fully electric and must be charging.
85 - Parked without a valid virtual permit or clearly displaying a valid physical permit where required.

These contravention codes are for use in car parks which are enforced by the council and are charged at the lower rate of £80.00 / £40.00.
82 - Parked after the expiry of paid for time.

83 - Parked in a car park without clearly displaying a valid pay & display ticket or voucher or parking clock.
