Leader of Hounslow Council Cllr Shantanu Rajawat has released a statement in relation to the incident on Kingsley Road in the early hours of the morning.

Cllr Shantanu Rajawat, Leader of Hounslow Council said:
“Our thoughts are with the family and friends of the four young men hit and injured by a car on Kingsley Road near the junction with Taunton Avenue in the early hours of the morning. The driver failed to stop at the scene, and police are actively investigating. At this stage there is nothing to suggest this is terror related.
"Although incidents of this nature are rare in Hounslow Borough, I know the community will concerned and will be following the investigation closely.
