Hounslow Council invites residents to join the Council’s flagship health and wellbeing programme, Stay Fit, Stay Healthy, now with even more chances to learn, keep fit, and have fun!

Originally launched by the Council’s Housing Services Team, this programme was designed to benefit our over 65s and 18+ residents at Bristol Court. Now, the Council is expanding the programme to include anyone aged 18 and over, with activities at a new venue, Feltham's Bristol Court sheltered housing scheme.

Stay Fit, Stay Healthy offers a variety of free weekly fitness activities and educational sessions at three key locations: Frogley House, Edward Pauling House, and The Danehurst Centre. These activities are regularly fully booked and include everything from aerobics to Zumba.

In addition to fitness sessions, there are arts and crafts, as well as opportunities for socialising. The programme also features exciting educational and training opportunities that can enhance skills and boost your employability.

Activities Include:

Fitness Sessions: Aerobics, Zumba, and more.

Creative Arts Classes: Dance, music, and arts.

Educational Opportunities:

And much more!
