Now in its fourth year, the Brentford Creative Mile trail is part of the Council’s wider Summer of Culture programme, celebrating arts, culture and community through a series of events aimed to excite, amaze, educate and inspire.
Councillor Salman Shaheen, Cabinet Member for Culture, Leisure and Public Spaces at Hounslow Council, said: “As a Brentford resident and the Cabinet Member for Culture, I am immensely proud of this event. It showcases the very best of our local talent and cements our reputation as one of the leading London boroughs for arts and culture.
“I really encourage residents to come along, discover Brentford’s vibrant art scene and, if the mood takes them, to purchase some locally-produced art for their collections!”
The trail ensures that visitors see the very best of Brentford, with stunning locations such as London’s Museum of Water and Steam, Watermans Park and Johnson Island all hosting artists and makers
