More than 25 warm spaces will be available to Hounslow residents this winter.

Today, Hounslow Council relaunched its warm spaces initiative in partnership with voluntary sector partners and faith groups. The initiative will offer welcoming spaces where residents can keep warm and gain vital support.
Now in its third year, there will be a variety of offers available at different locations across the borough. This includes information, advice and guidance on issues such as money management and employment, as well as access to free Wi-Fi and a place to connect with others through a range of activities.
Hounslow Council’s Cabinet Member for Resident Support, Communities and Equalities, Councillor Ajmer Grewal, said:
“We know many of our residents are still struggling with the cost-of-living and such pressures will only be exacerbated in the run up to Christmas and with the weather getting colder.
“That said, this initiative isn’t only about saving money on energy bills but about hosting a warm and inviting space for residents to connect with our services and partner organisations.”
