The London Fire Brigade (LFB) responded to a fire at an electrical substation on Nestles Avenue in Hayes, Thursday, 20 March into Friday 21 March. The fire is now under control and there are no reports of any injuries.
Due to a significant amount of smoke,150 people were evacuated from their homes, although none of these homes were in Hounslow. Hillingdon Council is supporting those who need help.
