Requesting a sales pack
If you are selling your property, please complete the online request for our Sales Pack. This pack contains information that both the seller and purchaser will need to know about the property and is usually required by your solicitor.
The form can be completed by either you or your solicitor. The cost of the pack is £290.00, and online payment will be taken when you request the pack.
If you are purchasing a property you will not be able to request the sales pack as it can only be provided to the current leaseholder or their solicitors.
Requesting a re-mortgage pack
If you are re-mortgaging your property, please complete the online request for our re-mortgage pack. This pack contains information that your lender will need to know about the property.
The form can be completed by either you or your solicitor. The cost of the pack is £90.00, and online payment will be taken when you request the pack.
The next steps
Following the successful submission of the online request, the pack will be sent within 10 working days. If you have not received the pack within this time, please contact the Leasehold Services Team on 020 8583 3787 or via email at leaseholdservices@hounslow.gov.uk.
