This updated e-form can be used to apply for vehicle exemptions to the amalgamated Hartington Road, and Staveley Road permit scheme.
The amalgamated scheme will become operational on Wednesday 21 September 2022.
PLEASE NOTE - If you have previously submitted a vehicle exemption application for either of the above schemes, there is no need to re-apply. Vehicle details previously provided are already on the exemption lists for either Hartington Road, or Staveley Road permit schemes, will automatically be included on to the combined Staveley and Hartington Road exemption list.
