This form is for council residents who are tenants, leaseholders, license holders etc. who have been issued with door fobs by Hounslow Borough Council.
This form can be used to order replacement or extra fobs.
There is a limit of 6 door fobs per property.
You may need to provide the door fob colour and serial number.
You will be charged £10.00 for each extra or replacement fob you request. Please ensure your payment card is on hand. Cash payments are not accepted.
This form is to request a new Hounslow Council key fob. If you are unsure if your key fob is issued by the London Borough of Hounslow please exit this form and contact your Housing Officer for guidance.

Door fobs can only be issued to the Named Tenant or Leaseholder.
If you are not a named Tenant or Leaseholder and need a door fob you should ask them to place the order on your behalf.
